Lead Fence Installer

Are you ready to join a winning team? Precision Staffing Solutions is now hiring a Lead Fence Installer for a current client in the Vancouver, WA area. We are looking for a proven skilled craftsman who emphasizes safety, productivity and professionalism. Responsible for building fences around property, including residences, farms, and buildings. Measures square footage to ascertain length of fence, orders materials, and erects fence. Primary responsibilities Measure square footage of yard or property that fence will enclose. Blast away any rocks or debris and remove trees. Establish fence line with customer. Give estimates on parts and materials. Provide scope of job and how long it will take. Order the special metal or wood needed for the job. Saw metal or lumber and cut tubing. Measure fence lines and posthole positions. Align posts using plumb bobs or levels. Insert metal tubing into rail supports. Dig postholes, using spades, posthole diggers, or power-driven augers. Mix and pour concrete around bases of posts, or tamp soil into postholes to embed posts. Attach fence rail supports to posts and secure tightly. Attach wire, wire mesh, or chain link fencing between posts. Weld parts together. Assemble gates and attach gates to fence. Use metal sleeves to complete top fence rails. Repair dings or holes in fences. Build training walls and trellises. Production Team Members

Production Team Members are responsible for preparing, cooking and packaging our vegetarian and vegan meat alternatives. Team members are responsible for operating the machines that carry out the processes of: mixing, cooking, slicing, peeling, chilling/freezing, and packaging for distribution. Position requires monitoring the progress and quality of food products in production and may also be required to check and weigh raw materials, before adding them to the process. Team members must also ensure that the work environment is kept clean and sanitary, following all Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, plant rules, other policies and codes of conduct. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, detailed oriented, and undaunted by fast paced, rigorous manual labor. Must work as a team player, ensuring specifications are achieved and in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Packaging, slicing/peeling, and recipe preparation. Cleaning and sanitation of food processing areas and equipment. Completion of all necessary paperwork. Requirements: A high level of hygiene and cleanliness. Must regularly wash their hands with anti-bacterial soap and wear protective clothing including hair nets, gloves, boots, smocks, masks, and ear plugs.
